The fact is, most small businesses
fail. One of the most common reasons for failure is inadequate infrastructure management.
Often, small businesses are started because their core product or service
offering matches the interests and skills of the founder. While it's important
that the business owner understands, and hopefully enjoys, the core products and
services of the business, it is not enough. Running a business includes many
different skills and many different tasks, and it is not possible for the owner
to spend time growing the business while also undertaking all of those tasks
personally. At the same time, for small businesses it is not cost effective to
hire staff to conduct all of those tasks internally.
Computer Troubleshooters of Encinitas
was founded by experienced and successful business managers, with
the mission of providing a cost-effective outsource for small
businesses for the key tasks of: computing/IT infrastructure and
support, marketing support, document support, and bookkeeping. Our
focus is on businesses typically with less than 50 employees, and
often with less than 10 employees, or even a single owner/operator
running from a home office.
We partner with hand-picked, high quality companies that extend the
reach of our service offering. Key partners include the full
worldwide network of Computer
Troubleshooters operators, Microsoft, Dell, and AVG.
